Concept of media effects.

There are several opinions about media effects or not on the site.
Keiichi Saito said　that Media do not affect young children. Recently, people said that the number of the crime of the child are increasing because of media suich as video games. However, Keiichi Saito disagreed with this opinion because when he searched about the children who did the crime played video game or not. After survey, he can not say video game affect their crime.
This is difficult question. I think media affect young children. However, people start think that bad effects for children are from media. However, this is also media's responsibility. Media should gain support of people.
